Breakfast, lunch and dinner are three periods in a day when the body is expected to be fed, if the body is not fed, the body can break down. Skipping brunch is one of the ways mankind’s think they can lose weight, but recent studies have proven that skipping breakfast is more harmful and can cause obesity. The body is under tension when there is no food in the system in the morning which leads to poor choices of food later in the day.

Fruits and resins are advised to be eaten with cereal for good taste, to ensure the body gets enough vitamins. Eating cereal constantly can also make you obese as it contains lots of sugar. Children who eat lots of cereal usually have tooth decay or cavity because of sugar involved when they don’t brush their teeth.

Majority of people get their lunch from restaurants as it is a time when business activities go on. On weekdays people are at work, meetings or school, without packing lunch from home, getting junk is next. Eating lunch is as important as eating breakfast, at this time of the day, glucose from the morning is exhausted. The body acts as a vehicle, when fuel exhausts, it cannot work further, food serves as fuel. Dinner is the last meal of the day, it is mostly eaten with family as this time all family members are back home.

This period is for family time when members get to bond over food. Because of the availability of members at night for dinner, thanksgiving is mainly put at night. Dinner is meant to be lavish but light as the body is going to go more than eight hours without food before the next meal. There are different popular dinner foods eaten in different regions of the United States of America. While some love to eat chicken, rice and plenty green known as salad, others prefer turkey, broccoli. Dinner is cooked based on preferences by the whole family as they get to jointly enjoy food.
